Truck Paid Off but Still In Debt...

Hello, Everyone...(Does anyone ever read this?)...Thought it might be time to do an update...
We are now retired, both of us and loving it.  My Hubby had a long career that was very physically demanding, and we both retired in October of last year.  We retired at ages 63 and 64. It was just time for us both to start collecting our Social Security retirement income and spend time together, so we did what we could to prepare for retirement.
Earlier this year, we paid off our truck.  This was our last secured loan, having already before this, and only with the good Lord's help, paid off our home and our car.  After this, we incurred more debt by borrowing for home improvement projects.  We now only have unsecured debt, but it amounts to approximately $35,000.  We should, Lord willing, have it all paid off within four years and this is with us both wisely and frugally managing with Social Security income.
I am hoping that any future posts, Lord willing, will show how we are getting closer to being out of debt.
As I've posted before, I will repeat what the Bible says about debt:
...(Romans 13:8) 'Owe no man anything but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. '  Also, (Proverbs 22:7)  'The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.'
